Terms of Service

promoaivideos.com (“we”, “us”) makes short promotional videos from your description of a product. Some videos are written as code by Claude Opus 5.5 and rendered in your browser; others are generated by third-party video models that we run for you. By buying credits or using the studio you agree to these terms.

• You need an account to generate videos. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits.
• One person or business per account. Do not share or resell access.

Videos are paid for with credits, sold in one-time packs. Payments are processed by Pocketsflow, which acts as merchant of record and may show its name on your statement. Prices are shown before checkout and include any fees we charge.

• Credits never expire and are not a subscription. Nothing renews automatically.
• Credits bought before you have an account are held in the browser you bought them in until you sign up or log in there. If they are lost, email hello@promoaivideos.com from your checkout address and we will restore them.
• The studio shows the credit cost of each video before you generate it. That is the amount we deduct.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, except as refunds under our refund policy.

You may not use the service to create or attempt to create:

• anything illegal, or that promotes illegal goods or services;
• real, identifiable people (including their face or voice) without their consent;
• characters, logos or trademarks you do not own or have permission to use;
• sexual content involving minors, sexual content of real people, or graphic violence;
• hateful, harassing or deceptive content, including misleading claims about a product.

We and our model providers may block prompts that break these rules. We may suspend accounts that repeatedly try. Credits spent on a blocked request are refunded automatically.

As between you and us, you own the videos you make and may use them commercially, including in ads. You are responsible for the product claims, brand assets and images you provide. AI output can resemble other work; review each video before you publish it. You give us a limited licence to process your inputs and store your videos so we can provide the service. We will not use your videos in our own marketing without asking you first.

Generative video is unpredictable. We do not promise that a video will match your description exactly, or that any model will always be available. If a generation fails, its credits are refunded automatically. We may add, change or retire models and styles; prices for new generations may change, but credits you already own keep their value in credits.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
