Refund Policy

If you change your mind, we refund the unused credits from a pack within 14 days of purchase. The refund is proportional: a pack with a quarter of its credits used is refunded three quarters of its price.

Credits already spent on videos that were delivered are not refundable.

If a video fails to generate, or is blocked by a model's safety filter, the credits it cost go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. You will see the refund in your credit history.

Generative video varies from run to run, so a video you do not like is not by itself a failed generation. If something is clearly broken (a blank video, a corrupted file, audio missing on a model that makes sound), email us the video link and we will restore the credits.

Email hello@promoaivideos.com from the address you used at checkout with your order reference. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Pocketsflow, our merchant of record.

This policy adds to, and does not replace, any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
